Parades, concerts, food festivals, craft shows, contests and competitions highlight these annual spectaculars.

The annual Niagara Grape and Wine Festival, one of Canada's premier events, teams the grape growing community with Niagara's world class wineries to present a "viniculture" classic that attracts hundreds of thousands of people from everywhere.

With over 100 glorious activities packed into two exciting weeks.

It is no wonder that this unique festival has been named Ontario's Cultural event of the year.

Of equal stature are the Friendship Festival at Fort Erie, the Niagara Food Festival in Welland, Canal Days Marine Heritage Festival in Port Colborne and the Folk Arts Festival in St.Catharines.

This year, and from July 5th till July 8th, Port Colborne will present the Tall Ships Challenge featuring some of the world's most majestic schooners, brigantines and sloops.

In August you can immerse yourself in the excitement of the Royal Henley Regatta in Port Dalhousie.
